Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RushDial, a service operated by InPerp LLC ("RushDial", "we", "us"). InPerp LLC is a United States affiliate of The AMZ Research Ltd (UK Company No. 14495849). RushDial calls and text messages are sent by InPerp LLC. By using our demo, our website, or our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What RushDial is

RushDial provides a managed front desk service. We answer a business's calls, either all of them or only the ones its own team cannot take, reply to routine text questions using information that business has approved, help customers arrange the next step, follow up on inquiries that have not booked, and pass requests needing the business's own decision to the person it names. Setup and ongoing management are part of the service. On our website we also offer a live demo, where you enter your own number and our AI calls you to show how it works.

Who can use it

Our service and demo are for business owners and operators in the United States. You must be at least 18 and enter your own phone number, or a number you are authorized to use.

SMS and calling terms

Clicking "Call me now" requests an automated or AI demo call from InPerp LLC (RushDial) at the number you enter. Text messages have a separate, optional checkbox. You can submit either website form without checking it. Providing a phone number or requesting a demo call does not by itself opt you into SMS/MMS messages.

The call: our system places the demo call, and the person or assistant on the line may be AI. The call may be recorded and transcribed so we can run and improve the service.
Program: RushDial demo and service messages, including the demo call, booking confirmations, and follow-ups about our service.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity. It is not a high-volume marketing list.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Help and opt-out: reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out of texts at any time. You can also tell the caller to stop, or email us.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

InPerp LLC ("InPerp LLC", "we", or "us") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Messaging Terms"). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy https://rushdial.com/privacy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include information about the RushDial service, follow-ups about an enquiry you made, and other marketing offers. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include demo call confirmations, appointment reminders, and other information about a booking you requested. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages in 1 day. You agree that we may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as message and data rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on a website form, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at hello@rushdial.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.

The demo

The demo places a real call to the number you enter during permitted calling hours. If you submit after hours, we may send the requested acknowledgement text and queue the call for the next allowed window in your area. You can end the call at any time.

No guarantee of results

We work to help businesses answer their calls and follow up on inquiries, but results depend on your customers, your offer, your team, and factors outside our control. Nothing on our website or in our calls is a promise of a specific number of appointments, sales, or revenue. Nothing we provide is legal advice; you are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our demo or service to harass anyone, to enter numbers you are not authorized to use, or to break any law. We may refuse or stop service if we believe it is being misused.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RushDial and InPerp LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the demo or service. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
