Live demo

Try a live AI phone demo

Choose your business and request a call to your US mobile. You'll hear a demonstration of the AI conversation. This does not install the service or start the paid trial.

Rather listen first? This is the AI on a fictional clinic call, 33 seconds. It is a clinic example, not a home-service call and not a customer recording.

Rather not give out your number? Call the AI yourself: +1 945 300 5978. It answers the way it would for your customers. Hang up whenever you want.

Calling you now. It usually rings within a minute. Keep your phone handy.

We only call the number you enter, after you ask. We never sell it and only share it with the providers that run your call, texts and booking.
Where the work goes missing

Answering the phone is the easy part.

Most shops already have something that picks up or takes a message. The work that goes missing is what comes after: the customer who asked for an estimate and never booked, the financing question nobody answered, the request sitting in someone's inbox. That is the part we run.

What usually happens

  1. 1A customer calls about a job. Someone answers, or takes a message.
  2. 2You get a notification while you're on a job.
  3. 3The customer had a question. Nobody got back to them.
  4. 4Two days later they've booked with whoever answered.
  5. 5Nobody can say which inquiries are still open.

With RushDial Front Desk

  1. 1The call is answered and the job details are recorded.
  2. 2If they don't book, an approved follow-up asks about the next step. Up to five over two weeks, and it stops the moment they reply.
  3. 3A question that needs your judgment goes to the person you named. We chase the answer and send it back.
  4. 4Every inquiry carries a status and a dated next action: booked, declined, awaiting customer or awaiting business.
  5. 5You open one view and see what's booked, what's waiting and who needs to act.

Some tools can do parts of this. What you're paying us for is a person responsible for running it every business day, and a record you can check.

One whole interaction

See what happens after a customer calls

Answering is the first step. Here's how an inquiry gets followed up when the customer hasn't booked yet.

Pick your trade

Call received · illustrative example

A homeowner asks about a leak after the storm

The address, the damage and a preferred inspection time are recorded. The inspection still needs your confirmation.

Homeowner, on the callThere is a stain spreading across the bedroom ceiling since the storm. Can someone come out and look at the roof this week?
Follow-up

They ask whether you deal with the insurance company

That question is added to the inquiry. Nothing is invented on your behalf: no coverage promises, no scope, no price.

Homeowner, by textOne thing before you come out. Do you handle the insurance claim directly, or is that on me?
Staff action

RushDial asks your named contact for the approved answer

We track the reply. The inquiry stays "Awaiting business" until it is resolved, then the approved answer goes back to the homeowner and the record updates.

RushDial to your named contactInsurance question on the Elm Street leak inspection. What is the approved answer? I will send it to the homeowner and log it.
What we own

What we handle for your business

Calls and texts

We answer the calls your team can't get to, or all of them if you'd rather, and handle routine text questions using your business's approved information.

Bookings and follow-up

We arrange the next step using your booking rules and follow up with inquiries that haven't booked. Requests needing your team's approval are sent to the right person.

Ongoing management

We check unresolved requests during agreed business hours, review conversations and adjust the setup. You can see what's booked, what's waiting and who needs to act.

If customers also contact you through a website form, we can connect one supported form to the same process.

Fair questions

Before you pay a deposit, you're probably thinking

I need jobs, not more notifications.

Every inquiry ends in a booking or a written next step with a date on it. You see outcomes, not alerts.

I don't trust a new provider with my phone.

We start with the calls your team can't take, on routing we agree together. You hear the approved scenarios before anything goes live, and you can go back to your old setup at any time.

I don't have time to set this up.

One onboarding call. We configure the workflow and run the exception list. Your part is approving the rules and answering the questions only you can answer.

What if I pay and it isn't useful?

$250, refundable. The setup balance waits until you decide, and the subscription only starts if you say so.

$250refundable deposit
  1. 1

    Start

$250 refundable deposit. We confirm the scope, set up your front desk and test it with you.

  2. 2

    Try it

14 live days. The trial starts when the agreed setup is working and accepted. Review what happened on your own inquiries.

  3. 3

    Decide

Continue and the deposit comes off your setup. You pay the rest of the setup and the first month for whichever package you picked. If you don't want to continue, we refund the deposit.

We only start the subscription if you choose to continue. Monthly service, with no long-term commitment. You can move up or down a package later.

Discuss the 14-day trial

In every package: one supported call-and-text setup, one booking calendar and one inquiry pipeline, unless your package says otherwise. Setup and ongoing management are included. We confirm compatibility and usage before taking your deposit.

Included usage and service details
  • Monthly allowances. Answering: 50 inquiries, 300 voice minutes, 300 text segments. Front Desk: 100 inquiries, 600 minutes, 600 segments. Front Desk Pro: 250 inquiries, 1,500 minutes, 1,500 segments. A trial includes half of whichever package you're testing.
  • Follow-up limits. On Front Desk and Pro, up to five approved customer follow-ups per inquiry spread over fourteen days, and up to two reminders to your own team. Follow-ups stop the moment the customer replies, books or asks us to stop, so most inquiries never reach five. Answering does not include managed follow-up.
  • Human review. Our team reviews unresolved requests in agreed business-hour windows. This is not a person answering every call around the clock, on any package.
  • Before you pay. We confirm these allowances, your phone and calendar setup, and the continuation price with you. If your usage looks like it will run past the allowance, we agree that with you first rather than billing you a surprise.

Common questions

Do I keep my business number?

Either way works. We can take every call, or only the ones your team can't get to. Where your phone setup supports it you keep your public number and we sit behind it. Text messaging needs a compatible connection of its own. We'll agree the arrangement with you before you start.

Is this AI or a person?

AI handles routine calls and texts. Our team manages the setup, reviews unresolved requests during agreed business hours and routes questions needing your team's judgment. This isn't a full-time human receptionist on every call.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, where your calendar and booking rules support it. Anything requiring approval is recorded as a request for your team to confirm.

What if I already have someone answering calls?

We can cover the calls they can't get to and the follow-up that still needs doing. We'll check whether there is a useful gap before recommending a trial.

What if I don't get many calls during the trial?

We review the activity with you. If there isn't enough to judge, you can take the refund or agree an extension within the trial's usage allowance, up to 30 live days total.

What if I decide not to continue?

Tell us during the trial or at its review. We initiate the full $250 refund within two business days and help restore your original routing. You won't owe the remaining setup balance or a subscription payment. Your payment provider may take longer to show the refund.

What happens if I cancel later?

You can cancel monthly service by email before your next renewal. We'll confirm the end date and help return your call routing. Service continues through the paid period unless we agree an earlier handoff. The refundable trial promise applies to the trial deposit; it does not promise refunds of later paid months or installation charges.
