This policy explains what information RushDial collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. RushDial is a service operated by InPerp LLC ("RushDial", "we", "us"). If you have any questions, email hello@rushdial.com.
When you use our demo or contact us, we collect only what you give us:
We do not ask for and do not want your financial information, government IDs, or passwords.
We use your name and number to do the thing you asked us to do: place the demo call and send the follow-up texts, and to talk with you about our service and book a call if you want one. We use the technical data to understand which of our messages people respond to.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number or personal information. We only share data with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our phone and messaging provider, and our scheduling tool), and only so they can perform that work for us.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, tell the caller to stop, or email hello@rushdial.com and we will remove you. You can also ask us what data we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep a record of your consent, then we delete it. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum needed to honor your opt-out.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
